The Tunturi HG20 Home Gym is designed so that you no longer need to to go to the gym to get a top quality workout. This power station can fit neatly into a living room, bedroom or attic. The HG20 has all the training functions necessary for a Home Gym along with a few charming additions. Made with a high pulley complete with a curved exercise bar which allows you to perform lat pulldowns, starting with crunch or a tricep push down. Using the low pulley with straight bar, you can perform such exercises as the seated row, bicep curl or upright tow. Both the high and low pulleys can be attached to their own training material such as a rowing handle or triceps rope, this is done thanks to carabiner clip technology.
