The York Active 120 treadmill is supplied with large LCD console that provides feedback on pulse, calories, distance, time and speed. It also offers 13 different programmes including: 1 manual, 6 speed and 6 incline programmes. Each of the pre-set routines consists of 10 segments and their individual length depends on the total time you set for your workout. You can change speed/incline at any point during the workout and the remaining segments will be adequately adjusted automatically. The treadmill also offers body fat mode that calculates your body fat ratio and displays it on the LCD screen.
